Shipping Delays/Damage:

- If there is a problem or any damage done to the product packaging during transit, please contact USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for any damages/lost/stolen packages once the package has been delivered to USPS/UPS.

Return Policy
RETURNS/REFUNDS - Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will do our best to make it right. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the specific circumstances.
BODY BUTTER MELTING POLICY - Though we include thermal packaging in every order, we are not able to guarantee that the butters will not melt in transit. We will not be replacing/refunding body butters that have melted in transit. We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the USPS or UPS tracking link and bringing the package inside as soon as it is delivered if possible. While body butter can change its texture and volume based on current temperatures due to being an aerated product - it will not lose nutritional integrity. This resilience is one of the unique benefits of body butter! Should your product melt in transit, it can be easily re-whipped at room temperature or stirred briskly and put in the fridge for a solid balm texture.
